Having ordered two nightdress and robe sets I received an email from Suzy, one of the colours was not in the size I had chosen and she gave an alternative. The parcel was delivered on time and no damage. Unfortunately the size 12 to 14 was a very significant fit for a size 12 lady. Email to Suzy and the items returned for the next size up (14 to 16), Suzy then asked if I wanted the original colour and despatched again no problems. Size 14 to 16 fits like "Next size 12 to 14".
