Exchanges & Refunds

When you make a purchase you automatically opt into the terms and conditions of the refund policy. No deviation can be made from the refund policy. If you do not agree to the refund policy do not make a purchase because by making a purchase you automatically accept adhence. 


Exchanges & Refunds can only be processed within 14 days of purchase if the article is unworn with tags and folded in its original barcoded clear plastic packaging. If the tags have been removed or clothing has been washed or worn it cannot be returned. Do not tear, screw up or stick anything to the clear barcoded packaging because the product is not as new original condition and we do not have spare barcoded packaging.

Underwear (including basques) or stockings cannot be returned due to hygiene.

When returning products a refund processing charge is applied and it is deducted from your refund total. This is because all payment methods apply a charge for processing refunds. If you wish to avoid this charge it is possible to exchange clothing for a different size or style. 


Need a different size?

If you would like to exchange something please email (customer email use only - strictly no marketing) initially so that the new size can be reserved for you and an invoice for postage will be sent to you for the new size. Include your name and order number. 

Cheques are not accepted. 

Stamps are not accepted for exchange postage. 



Procedure for a refund.

Buyer initially emails (customer email use only) to notify of intent to return, do not post without initially emailing and wait for a reply which will include a code and address to send the return to. Include your name and order number when emailing. 

Please fold clothing as it was received and post back using a tracked service which shows delivery within the 14 days from purchase. Please email the tracking number after posting your return.

The clothing will be unpacked and refunded within 15 working days of delivery.
