The lawful bases we use to process data

The information we collect

We do not store any financial information regarding our customers. The financial information is held by Shopify, World Pay, Amazon Pay or Paypal. We collect and use the information that you provide to us directly, for example when you register for an account or place an order. We also hold your email address if you sign up for newsletter. We use the information to process your order and refunds. We hold the information to improve our products and to inform you regarding relevant products or services for legitimate interest. We do not receive information about you from third parties. We hold the information for two years or until it is necessary to hold it.

Loyalty Scheme

When you sign up to the loyalty scheme we collect information including your name, your address, your email address and the orders that you place in order to calculate the points in order to give you discount.
